The Show:
A monster 31 song set with the addition of some rare treats in the middle of the show. Bryan's really experimenting with the set and spending time rehearsing with the band on some older songs. These Japanese shows prove to be pivitol in shaping the set for the remaining five months of the tour. Bryan and the band are obviously enjoying themselves in a country that has been very kind in furthering their careers.

The Songs:
Rare performances include Hearts on Fire and Low Life which are not on any other concert videos from the 18 tour. This show marks the live debut of We're Gonna Win. The song would remain as a part of the BA tour until the end. This show also contains a rare performance of Star which was played infrequently in Australia. It Ain't a Party and I'll Always Be Right There are the final two songs of the show from this point on to the end of the tour. A full version of Somebody is performed very well by a local guy. Big points to the people who got pulled up on stage during in Japan. None of them performed Summer of '69 like they do everywhere else in the world!

The Recording:
Pretty good. Lots of close ups of BA and then some panning out over the front three band members. B-stage portion gets the whole band rockin' away which is fun to watch. Sound is very good. Some video/audio syncing issues on a handful of tracks.
