The Show:
BA and the band took advantage of a day off on the Def Leppard/BA tour in Philadelpiha to perform outside Philadelphia's Town Hall at part of the Independence Day celebration. Also on the concert lineup that night was Elton John. ALthough it's hard to tell from this footage, there is a huge audience taking in this show as well as a large TV audience.0

Two days earlier, this same location was used as part of the Live 8 concert.
