The Show:
This Milan show is during a short April run of seven shows in Europe as BA and the band put the finishing touches on the Room Service album which would be released just five months later.

It's been five years since BA last performed in Milan and this venus is smaller than where BA has performed in the past (The Forum). Mazdapalace is the venue this time around. It is a concert hall that holds about 5-6000 people.

Milan audiences always love BAand give him a royal reception. It's cool to hear them continuing to sing the Summer of '69 guitar riff after the song finishes. BA acknowledges that he appreciates the audience support in Milan even when he tours without any new music to support.

The Songs:
Pretty standard set for the spring '04 tour Although the opening There Will Never Be Another Tonight and Back to You are missing from the DVD, the bulk of the show is captured. Nice to see a stretched acoustic section of the show including Fits Ya Good and half acoustic/half rock arrangment of Summer of '69.

The Recording:
A good angle straight at the stage which captures BA, Norm, Mickey and Keith primarily. Enjoyable to watch with no major "blackouts" to report on. Very similar to the Kitchener 2001 recording in terms of location of camera, but this camera has a better zoom lense so you feel closer to the stage. Colour is excellent as well on this one.
