The Show:
A high-energy and very hot show in Kiel was the third of eight German shows during the June 1992 tour dates that brought the band into the heart of Europe. A sold-out Osteehalle is the venue which held 14,000 sweaty fans on this particular night.

The next month, BA was upgrading into stadiums in other parts of Europe as well as the UK, so this is one of the last indoor venues of his European dates that started back in the Fall of 1991 for a solid two month run of dates.

With the popularity of the WUTN album still very high, it was hard to find too many acts more popular than BA in the Summer of 1992. It is a year that was his busiest in terms of his touring schedule as he was on the road for about 10 of the 12 months that year. It was paying off, as this particular concert was nine months after the release of the WUTN album and the CD was on its sixth single.

The performance itself is a classic leg-thumping, head-bobbing, hard-rocking BA show. Heavy on the hits and Neighbours material. BA is working up a sweat as he always did during these shows. The fact that it's hot inside the building only gives him a better workout.

This show is one of the first that utilitizes the now infamous BStage; a smaller stage at the back of the venue that was used at most BA shows from summer '92 until 1997.  While after a number of gigs, fans knew the Bstage was coming and it wasn't such a "surprise" anymore.  But at this show, it was a total shock and had maximum effect for a delighted audience.

The Songs:
A excellent higher-than-average song count of 24 features Diana in the main set as well as an impromptu and abbreviated performance of Bob Dylan's Everybody Must Get Stoned sung by Keith.

Other highlights during the set include the newly-added All I Want Is You, the sometimes-played Lonely Nights.  While All I Want Is You will remain in most BA set lists for the next five years, this is one of the first times the song is performed live.

Touch the Hand is the latest single from the WUTN album which always is a rocking highlight of these tour dates and the upcoming single Do I Have to Say the Words finds its way into the middle of the set.

The Bstage features three songs including one of an early BA version of Can't Judge a Book by Looking at the Cover.

Straight From the Heart is the final song, but only the first half is captured on DVD.

The Recording:
This is filmed from a tripod set up at the back of the arena which faces BA head-on. Given that video camcorders were limited in zooming in back in 1992, the entire concert captures from Tommy to Mickey's spots on stage with BA in the middle. For any movements, BA is followed well around the stage. The camera is in prime-location for the Bstage performance which results in the some nice close-ups.

The menu is basic and tracking does exist in five minute intervals.
